It's time for some tough love. Is your health less than stellar? Forget for a second about how you look ~ how do you FEEL? Do you wish you had more energy? Wish you could sleep better at night? Wish you could quit feeling like a stress mess? Basically, I'm asking: What do you want to change? And why?

If there is something you're wanting to tweak, then ask yourself: Am I committed?? How badly do you want this change? I gotta tell you, I am passionate about health and fitness. I love nothing more than when people approach me about helping them transform their lives and get fit and healthy. But let's get real: Too many times I've sat down with them and figured out a plan of attack, but when it comes time to executing said plan, then...all of a sudden they don't seem so into it anymore. They start coming up with excuses why they can't do it. It has to mean more to you than to anybody else, bottom line. Many times you have to dig deeply within yourself and ask yourself some tough questions: for lots of people, it comes down to emotional limitations rather than physical limitations.

I can give you all the tools and resources in the world, but unless that desire comes from within, then don't expect the fitness fairy to wave her magic wand and suddenly SHABAM you have a bangin' bod and you feel fantastic. Doesn't exactly work that way. I can't light that fire for you. I don't mean to get all "life coach" on you, but really...figure out your "why" and MAKE IT HAPPEN!! Go get 'em, tiger!!!
